I am pretty sure that these tips will help you to improve your life. I have been following these and I have noticed that my productivity has increased after following these tips.
1- ” THERE IS ONLY ONE THING WE HAVE A COMPLETE DOMINION OVER i.e OUR MINDS “
We may be unable to control external factors like weather, traffic etc but we can control the thoughts which arise in our minds when we come across these situations. For example, if we are stuck in a traffic jam we can use that time to listen to an audiobook. This type of attitude will lead to less frustration in these situations.
2- ” THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS OBJECTIVE REALITY OR ‘THE REAL WORLD’. THERE ARE NO ABSOLUTES “
What really separates people who are habitually upbeat and optimistic from those who are consistently miserable is how the circumstances of life are interpreted and processed. It’s common saying that “Losers see crisis and winners see opportunity”. So, the next time if you come across any hurdle just remember every great person has gone through this.

3- ” BEGIN TO LIVE OUT OF THE GLORY OF YOUR IMAGINATION NOT YOUR MEMORY “
Things are always created first in the workshop of our mind before the real world. Forget the past dare to dream that you are more than the sum of your current circumstances. You are capable of more than you think. If in past you have been unsuccessful it doesn’t mean you will always fail.
4- ” WE SHOULD NOT BE HUNG UP ON THE OUTCOME BUT ENJOY THE PROCESS INSTEAD “
With one eye on the destination, there is only one left to guide us along the journey. We should enjoy the process. According to Robin Sharma, “All change is hard at the first, messy in the middle, and gorgeous at the end”.
5- “LIVE IN THE MOMENT “
To get the maximum results out of our efforts we must focus ourselves on the task at hand i.e stop thinking about anything else and prevent energy leaks. Devote your entire energy to the task at hand.
